By using this website and making purchases, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.

• Integrative Health Clinic operates as a medical practice offering integrative health consultations, guidance, and support.
• The information and educational modules available on this website are provided for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for personalised medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• All medical advice, including prescriptions for supplements, is tailored to each patient’s individual needs based on their consultations with Integrative Health Clinic’s qualified practitioners.
• Patients are encouraged to consult their primary healthcare providers before making significant health-related decisions, especially if managing chronic conditions, pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
• Integrative Health Clinic is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from the use of our products (whether supplied, prescribed, or recommended) or from following our health recommendations outside the context of a personalised medical plan.

3. Product Information and Availability

• We strive to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Integrative Health Clinic reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed due to inaccuracies or availability issues.

4. Appointments with the Integrative Health Clinic Team

4.1 Scheduling and Confirmation

• Appointments with the Integrative Health Clinic’s team, including consultations with our integrative doctors and specialists, can be scheduled online.
• A confirmation email will be sent after booking, including details such as the date, time, and a video link (if applicable).

4.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Notice Period: Please provide at least 48 business hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Our notice periods apply to business hours only (Monday–Friday); weekends and public holidays are excluded.

• Monday Appointments: To avoid fees for a Monday morning appointment, notice must be provided via the appropriate digital channel by the same time on the preceding Thursday.

• Late Cancellation Fees: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 business hours will incur a flat $100 administrative fee, invoiced.

Cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows within 24 business hours will be invoiced at the full session rate, as these short-notice gaps are nearly impossible to refill.

• How to Change Your Appointment: To make sure your request is accurately timestamped and processed, we do not accept cancellations or rescheduling requests via telephone. You must use the cancellation or rescheduling link in your confirmation email or email reception@integrativehealthclinic.co.nz.

4.3 Payment and Invoicing Policy

• Initial Consultation Deposit: To confirm your first appointment, a non-refundable booking fee of $100 is required. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that this fee is strictly non-refundable regardless of the notice period provided.

• Invoicing: For all consultation sessions and services, and any applicable late fees, an invoice will be issued to your nominated email address.

• Fairness Commitment: If you cancel at short notice and we successfully fill your vacated slot with another patient, the full session fee will be waived. However, a $100 administrative fee will still apply to cover the costs of rescheduling and administration. This commitment does not apply to the initial $100 non-refundable booking fee.

5. Health Education Modules

5.1 Access and Use

• Upon purchasing a module, you will receive access via email or through your online account.
• You may not share, copy, or redistribute the materials without prior written consent from Integrative Health Clinic.
• Content is for personal use only and cannot be resold, used for commercial purposes, or shared with any third party.

5.2 Refund Policy

• Refunds are not available for digital products unless a technical issue caused by Integrative Health Clinic prevents access.
• Please contact reception@integrativehealthclinic.co.nz within 10 days of purchase if you encounter any problems.

6. Payment Terms

• All products and services, including health education modules and appointments, must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
• Payment Methods:
*EFTPOS, Mastercard, VISA, and PayPal (additional options may be introduced).
*Payment by direct bank transfer is available. Orders are considered complete once the funds are reflected in our account.
• Pricing:
*All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Integrative Health Clinic provides its products and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding the quality or suitability of our health education modules, appointments, or any supplements or nutrients prescribed or recommended.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integrative Health Clinic disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, products, or services.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
