1. Initial Booking Fee

As noted during the registration process, the $100 administrative fee required to confirm your first appointment is non-refundable, regardless of the notice period provided. This covers the clinical preparation and administrative setup of your new patient file.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your ongoing appointment within 48 business hours of your visit—or if you miss your appointment entirely—a flat $100 administrative fee will apply. Please note this is a modest administrative charge and does not reflect full cost recovery; it simply helps cover a portion of our administrative costs, behind-the-scenes clinical work, and the dedicated time reserved just for you, as it is difficult to fill the slot on short notice. For Monday appointments, changes must be made by the preceding Thursday at the same time.

We completely understand that genuine emergencies happen, and if you are unable to make it in person, remember that our telehealth backup option is always available to keep your appointment on track.
