About us

At Integrative Health Clinic, we are committed to the scientific integration of lifestyle modifications, nutritional therapy, and modern medicine. Our mission is the prevention and root-cause resolution of chronic disease through a sophisticated, data-driven lens.

We believe that patients are at the centre of their own health journey. A collaborative patient-practitioner therapeutic partnership is central to addressing—and in many cases, reversing—the course of chronic illness.

The Medical Detective Approach

Our team operates as medical detectives, focusing on identifying the “why” behind your health shifts. In addition to a comprehensive clinical history and physical examination, we utilise targeted questionnaires, advanced diagnostics and functional testing to drill down into your personalised root causes.

By analysing the complex interactions within your biology, our team develops a personalised treatment plan designed to restore physiological homeostasis and long-term vitality.

Our Core Pillars of Care

1. Nutritional & Biochemical Optimisation

When biochemistry functions efficiently, the result is a balanced immune system, effective detoxification, and a significant reduction in systemic inflammation. Furthermore, when your internal biochemistry is balanced, your capacity to implement and maintain necessary lifestyle changes significantly improves.

Our goal is to share our clinical experience and knowledge to inspire and empower you to lead a lifestyle that supports, rather than hinders, your recovery.

Meet the Clinical Team

The strength of our “Medical Detective” approach lies in our collaborative expertise. Our team of doctors and naturopaths work in tandem to cross-reference your data, ensuring no stone is left unturned in your journey toward homeostasis.

My Journey

I completed my basic medical training in India and moved to New Zealand in 1989, beginning my first role as a doctor in 1990. By 2004, I had achieved my Fellowship as a General Practitioner.

As a GP, I often felt limited in how much I could help patients — especially those with chronic health conditions. Relying only on pharmaceutical solutions left me wanting to offer more, which led me to explore advanced training in nutrition and environmental medicine.

In 2014, I began my studies with the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM). There, I was introduced to the latest science on how optimising nutrients, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, amino acids, and hormones supports healthy biochemical function. This knowledge transformed my own health when I began supplementing according to my needs — and I’ve since seen the same results in my patients.

I continue to attend conferences, seminars, and advanced training in functional and integrative medicine, deepening my knowledge of how testing, targeted supplements, herbs, and lifestyle strategies can help people overcome complex health challenges.

Today, at Integrative Health Clinic New Zealand, our approach combines modern medicine with nutrition and lifestyle care — helping patients not only manage symptoms but also restore balance in hormones, metabolism, and overall long-term health.
