Dr Thealyssa’s journey into integrative health began with a deeply personal experience—witnessing firsthand how integrative treatment significantly improved a family member’s health. This inspired her to look beyond conventional methods and dive deep into the world of biochemistry, nutrition, and environmental medicine.Currently pursuing specialised training with the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM) on her path to Fellowship, Dr Thealyssa merges the best of evidence-based conventional medicine with holistic strategies to ensure every patient receives well-rounded, individualised care.
Background & Qualifications
Originally from Singapore, Dr Thealyssa earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) from the University of Auckland, complemented by a Paediatric Diploma, reflecting her dedication to comprehensive family healthcare. She is a fully qualified Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (FRNZCGP).With a strong clinical foundation across a broad age group, she has developed special interests in:

Dr Mish Glauser offers integrative medicine consultations nationwide, providing expert support either online from the comfort of your own home or in person at our Avondale Clinic (125 Blockhouse Bay Road, Avondale).
Training with ACNEM, she specialises in:

Mish combines conventional medicine with a holistic, root-cause approach to provide compassionate, whole-person care to every consultation. Dedicated on-site parking is available for all clinic visits.

Dr Michelle Glauser takes a whole-person, relationship-focused approach to care. She provides in-depth consultations that support a holistic understanding of each patient’s health and well-being. Born in Wellington with Swiss and Samoan whakapapa, she combines strong clinical training with respect for diverse healing traditions and values intergenerational and community-based knowledge.
Her early experience in emergency medicine provided a solid foundation in acute care, diagnostics, and clinical decision-making. In 2020, she transitioned to general practice, inspired by her experience with rongoā.
Dr Glauser focuses on addressing the underlying causes of illness, exploring how nutrition, lifestyle, environment, and physiology interact. She uses functional testing to investigate areas such as nutrient status, gut health, hormones, and metabolic function. She is currently working towards a fellowship with the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM).
Based in the Waitākere Ranges, her clinical interests include gut health, mind-body medicine, and women’s health. Outside of medicine, she enjoys running, playing sports, and making wood-fired pottery.

Having navigated her own gut health journey, it sparked her dedication to helping others uncover the root causes of their health concerns—and support their bodies with targeted, personalised care.
With a love of both holistic principles and clinical research, Elley thrives on connecting the dots—drawing from the latest scientific understanding of pathophysiology while also honouring the simple foundations of wellbeing: restorative sleep, whole foods, movement, and connection with nature.
Elley graduated from the South Pacific College of Natural Medicine and currently supports students as a dispensary assistant at the SPCNM Student Clinic. In this role, she offers guidance and encouragement, drawing from her own recent experience as a student naturopath.
